BOOK A PROGRAM.

Rocky Mountain Wildlife Alliance reaches over 11,000 people each year through our dynamic environmental education programs. From public events and festivals to schools, libraries, and more intimate private gatherings, we offer engaging experiences for audiences of all ages.

All of our programs are fully customizable and can include live, non-releasable education ambassadors such as hawks, owls, falcons, snakes, turtles, and more. We also offer interactive, hands-on programs without live animals, featuring engaging activities that inspire curiosity and connection to the natural world.

Our goal is simple: to foster understanding, spark curiosity, and empower our community to coexist with and protect wildlife.

WHAT TO EXPECT.

Programs are customizable and may include:

  • Live wildlife ambassador encounters

  • Conservation and coexistence education

  • Species adaptations and natural history

  • Human-wildlife conflict prevention

  • Wildlife rehabilitation and rescue stories

  • Interactive learning opportunities and Q&A

  • Age-appropriate curriculum connections

Programs can be tailored to fit a variety of audiences and settings, including:

  • Nature and conservation organizations

  • Schools and classrooms

  • Festivals and special events

  • Libraries and community centers

  • Corporate and private events

  • Camps and youth groups

  • Weddings and formal events

Program length, content, and ambassador species may vary depending on audience age, group size, location, needs, and animal availability.

Our Approach

At Rocky Mountain Wildlife Alliance, animal welfare is always our highest priority. We practice choice-based handling with our education ambassadors, meaning the animals participate voluntarily and are never forced into programming. Because of this, we cannot guarantee specific species or a set number of animals for any program.

Our goal is to foster curiosity, empathy, and stewardship through positive and respectful wildlife experiences that inspire lasting conservation action.

What We Ask of Host

To help create the best experience possible, we ask that program hosts:

  • Provide a safe, quiet space for presentations

  • Ensure participants follow all staff instructions around animals

  • Supervise children appropriately during programs

  • Allow adequate setup and breakdown time

  • Communicate any accessibility or audience needs in advance
